- TERMS OF SERVICE -

General Terms

· I reserve the right to decline a commission if I don't feel comfortable with the prompt.
· I reserve the right to post your commission on my social media or show it as an example of my work at any moment. If you want your commission to be private, ask for it when placing the order.
· The finished product will contain my signature. If you need a version without it, let me know in advance.
· It is strictly prohibited to claim my work as yours or any other authorship.

Payment

· All my prices are in USD.
· 50% of the payment will be made in advance to take a place on the waitlist. The other 50% will be charged after the sketch is approved.
· Payment will be made only through PayPal.

Working Progress & Turnaround Time

· You will receive one or two sketches at the start of the commission.
· Significant changes or corrections are allowed during the sketch stage. Nevertheless, once the sketch is approved, those kinds of changes may incur an extra fee.
· Unlimited minor changes are allowed at any stage of the commission.
· My goal is to satisfy the client, so good communication regarding changes or corrections will be appreciated.
· Once the sketch is approved, you will still receive occasional updates at every stage of the commission.
· The turnaround time will depend on the type of commission and your position on the waitlist. The turnaround time for normal commissions is between two and three weeks once the sketch is approved, but it could vary.
· If you have a deadline, make sure to tell me in advance. If it is a close deadline, it could add an extra rush fee.
· When the commission is ready, you will receive the artwork in high resolution, its version with and without background in PNG, and, if requested, a version without signature. Editable files (PSD for illustrations, .cmo3 for VTuber models) are not included. If you need them, make sure to tell me at the beginning of the commission. Editable files might have an extra cost.

Refunds Policy

· Refunds will not be made after the sketch stage.
· If you want to cancel the commission before the sketch stage starts, you will get a refund of the 50% of the initial payment.
· If for any reason I'm not capable of finishing the commission, or I need to cancel it, you will receive a refund of 100% of the payment.

Commercial use

· It will be considered commercial use when the requested artwork will be used in a way that directly or indirectly has to do with financial gains. Using it as merch for your brand, or media platforms that can gain profit (Twitch, Youtube, etc) is considered commercial use.
· If you are not sure if your commission would be considered for commercial use, discuss it with me at the moment of the request.
· Commissions related to VTuber models, emotes, or badges have the commercial use fee included in their price.
